Behind-the-Scenes Camera Operator

Jonathan
Parham

Camera operator • Production planning • Media workflows • Technical operations

Jonathan F. Parham serves as a Behind-the-Scenes Camera Operator for Next Sound Live, documenting the people, preparation, and production work that bring each episode to life. His contributions also extend into production planning, media workflows, website development, technical problem-solving, and operational organization. Because that combination refuses to fit neatly into one box, a hybrid position title is coming soon.

Jonathan’s production background spans more than 20 years, beginning in music production, where he developed experience with digital audio workstations, studio recording, audio engineering, and live stage sound. He has worked on theatrical and concert productions, including events featuring gospel artists Kirk Franklin and John P. Kee, before progressing into video production and editing. He recently completed BronxNet’s In-Studio Production Training Course, further developing his knowledge of multi-camera studio and control-room operations.

His trial consulting career also involves coordinating audio, video, documents, exhibits, and demonstrative evidence for live courtroom presentations—work with strong parallels to television control-room workflows.

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Marketing from Temple University. Across music, stage, video, broadcast, marketing, and litigation, his strength is bringing complex media, technical systems, and operational needs together in support of the production.
